Bedrock Knowledge Base Sync failure

Question

Getting the error "Data sync failed due to Knowledge base role  is not able to call specified embedding model  Could not resolve the foundation model from the provided model identifier. (Service: BedrockRuntime, Status Code: 404, Request ID: fd1bfa3c-93a5-4051-9dcc-cbe08d1af740)","code":"ValidationException","time":"2023-12-14T14:23:48.324Z","requestId":"09634f76-e860-4811-b08e-8a6e998ff7d5","statusCode":400,"retryable":false,"retryDelay":46.896332332729315}
Checked that the role policies are setup as per suggestions. What could be done to resolve? Please assist so we can proceed with next steps

Have you verified that you have enabled access to the Titan model that you are referencing.

Steps:
1. Open Bedrock console
2. Lift Menu you will find "Model access"
3. Click on "Manage model access" Button
4. Select "Titan Embeddings G1 - Text"
5. Click on "Save"
