Your screenshot is NICE DCV web browser client. To customise NICE DCV web client into your web application, you can use NICE DCV Web Client SDK

As per SDK reference, uiConfig has the following description

The object defining the properties to configure whether the toolbar is visible and whether to display the fullscreen and multimonitor buttons on it.
