Pearson Vue terminated the exam without violation

Question

I had a technical issue during my AWS Certified Developer - Associate exam on 27th December 2021. The exam was interrupted.  I got an email from AWS today that I of course  failed the exam (since I only got halfway through before the technical issue on Pearson Vue's end happened), and that I can reattempt the exam in 14 days. I have a deadline to complete my certification by 31/12/2021 and I want my exam to be rescheduled within the time.

I would reach out to the Pearson Vue's customer support chat to get further assistance. https://home.pearsonvue.com/aws/contact They should be able to help you out with this and hopefully schedule a new exam date this year.

I got the voucher from Pearson Vue, it is showing that I cannot book the exam slot before 14 days. But I need to complete my certification before 31 December 2021.
