how to disable charges in AWS Free Tier

AWS re:Post is a community forum site, so you can review the information provided by users and provide advice and discussion, but you cannot sign in to your AWS account to check your billing etc.
So, first of all, could you access the URL below and check which AWS service's free tier exceeds 85% and share it with us?
