IAM Identity Center \ Managed AD not Syncing Users



Have configured AWS Managed Microsoft Active Directory as the Identity source in IAM Identity center and it was successful, However i am not able to see the users synced from AD to IAM Identify Center

just bear in mind that user sync is a process that isn't activated by default and it's something that you have to do by using Configurable AD Sync. This is a step-by-step 5 min tutorial about how to configure it: https://youtu.be/CJ8s0GMs0zM.
