Does this list the information you need?
My AWS account is issued by AWS Japan, so it is possible that my invoice may be different from other accounts.
If you need more precise information, you may want to check with AWS Support by opening a case with "Account and billing".

Update your AWS Account info by login using root account and for the past invoices raise the AWS support case (Basic support will work).

Once the info will be updated, the PDF version will have it.
