I've been having the error message in title when I try to open the cloudshell. I've already tried to change the region but it's still not working. I posting it here so that an aws support like the message is saying can help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

How long have you had this error message? People in this community do not have visibility into your account. Please contact AWS Support by submitting a Account and billing support case.

  • This is a valid question and offering suggestions to this question would have been nice to see from AWS. I too am dealing with this suddenly. It says two days but I have had this account for many weeks.
