Unable to start CloudShell, even though the account is verified it shows this error "Unable to start the environment. You must verify your account before accessing CloudShell. To verify your account,"

My account is completely verified, I have an AWS Builder ID and have completed all verification process. But still unable to access CloudShell services as it asks for account verification. Look into it as soon as possible and give me a quick solution. The below is my account verification screenshot:

Occasionally, refreshing the AWS Management Console can resolve issues. Browser extensions or cookies might be causing interference with AWS services. Consider using a different browser or opening an incognito/private browsing session to bypass these issues.

  • I have done all of the above, still the issue persists, even in incognito this error doesn't resolve.

  • Could you please provide the error message you receive when attempting to start the Cloud Shell?

  • Have you had a chance to follow the steps in the Getting Started guide for CloudShell? You can find it here: Getting Started Guide
