What is the best AMI for Luxcore GPU with Cuda renders?

0

Until now, we have been using the CPU for our renderings. Now we want to start using the GPU. So far, we have been using Debian-based AMI. I tried to install the Nvidia drivers by following many manuals, but all the time when I invoke the nvidia-smi command I get an error: "NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver." So I would like to know:

  1. is it theoretically possible to install NVIDIA drivers on each AMI and use the GPU, or do I have to use a specific AMI
  2. if I have to use a specific AMI, which one should it be
  3. I have found your article: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/install-nvidia-driver.html#nvidia-GRID-driver Unfortunately, I can not understand which type of drivers I should choose for our needs: tesla drivers, grid drivers, gaming drivers

We don't need any graphical environment. Just pure console.

If you install it in the way described in the following document, there should be no problem.
