Listener certificate limit increase not working

Hi,

I asked an increase on the limit of SSL certificates that can be added to an application load balancer from 25 to 100, which was approved and supposedly done by AWS support.

However, while trying to add another certificate to the "Listener certificates for SNI" section of the LB I'm presented with an error message stating the limit is 25.

Support responded with the following: "I've double checked your currentl limit value ofr the service in the North Virginia region and I can confirm it is 100 as you requested. This issue is beyond our scope on the Billing and Accounts team, I hope you understand that in order to check an issue like this it is needed certain level of expertise. " and suggested I post here.

How can this be solved?
