I am assuming when you say es2, you mean EC2? If so, please see below.
Integrated with AWS, there are no transfer fees for origin fetches from any AWS origin such as Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), or Elastic Load Balancers.
So, the data transfer fee from the origin is free. However, you still pay for on-demand pricing for transfer out to internet and HTTP requests. Please see Amazon CloudFront Pricing. There are other feature pricing so make sure to take a look at the pricing page.
