Cannot remove a user permission with just an ID in workmail

0

Hi All

When I managing the permission of a mailbox, it shows "One or more permissions could not be loaded. Try again later. Contact AWS Support if the issue persists. Reason: Could not find user with id '0xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx". Then I try to remove it in console, it show “Successfully removed the permissions”, but that user with only ID was still in the permission list. What can I do next? Thank you all!

Have a look here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workmail/latest/adminguide/enable_mail_perms.html

This will show you how to manage permissions on workmail.

Thank you very much for the information.

But I'm asking how to remove a non-exist user in the permission list

The picture above showing the status of the permission list after I removing that non-exist user.

Hi,

The service team also looked into your issue and they have pushed a fix. You should be able to remove users that no longer exist from the permissions list.

Kind regards, Robin
