The error message exec /usr/local/bin/uvicorn: exec format error
suggests that there might be an issue with the way uvicorn is being started in your Docker container. This could be due to a mismatch between the architecture of the machine where the image was built and the architecture of the machine where the image is being run.
However, given the size of your ML model and the capacity of your container, it's also possible that you're running out of memory.
