Regarding billing even though i am using free tire account

I am writing this to get clarity upon this mail I received. I have opted for an AWS free tire account and also after I am done with my work I terminated and deleted services that I no longer need. But now i received mail asking me to pay. Can you please clarify to me why I was asked to pay.

To clarify which services are billed, please check the Bills as below step.

go to the Bills -> Charges by service -> check what services are billed.

And check the invoices on the Billing and Cost Management, there are more details.
