How to list ALL AWS Marketplace subscriptions when using AWS Organizations

0

Hello, I'm using AWS Organizations, with AWS Marketplace subscriptions done by different accounts (in different OUs). When I open AWS Marketplace from AWS Organization payer account, go to Manage Subscriptions, I see no subscriptions. As recommended here, we deployed QuickSight CUDOS dashboard and we were able to display only the items with a cost, while we'd like to see all the items. If this is not possible with Marketplace and CUDOS, maybe we can "scan" each AWS account for existing subscriptions. Is this correct or is there an easier way? If this is the only way, do you know which is the API call or CLI required to do this?

Try cross-account monitoring for AWS License Manager, maybe it will provide you with the needed info

  • It seems that with Licence Manager I can track and distribute commercial licences across AWS Organization. In this case I need to track Marketplace subscriptions, including the ones with no cost, like Amazon Linux or Ubuntu, both provided by AWS at no cost, in AWS Organization member accounts

  • It shows free subscriptions as well, for example Centos AMI
