EC2 site down after php update.

I updated my EC2 server to the newest version of php from Elastic Beanstalk. The site is now giving the error: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. I redeployed my site as well after the php update, still no joy.

I found the problem. Apparently the Target in the load balancer was removed with the php update, I assume with the server restart.
