any chance to refund for sms charge

Recently, in a service that uses aws to send sms, we have confirmed that a large amount of sms occurs when the number is not the number requested through our service. Is there any chance that I can get a refund for this case? If so, how can I proceed?

Depending on the nature of the claim and the problems encountered, they may be able to offer partial refunds or other services.
