Aurora 3.02.1 Release notes?

Does anyone know where the Aurora 3.02.1 release notes are? I was able to upgrade my Aurora MySQL cluster (ap-southeast-2) but I can't find the release notes or any mention of this version anywhere online.

I specifically want to know what version of MySQL 8 this update targets.
