Restrict AWS Identity Center user access to console only?

I'm migrating from per-account IAM users to AWS Identity Center. The AWS Identity Center landing page my developers see shows access keys/secret keys that they can use to access AWS resources programmatically. I need to restrict their access to console-only like I can with a regular IAM user. Is this possible?

Hello.

As far as I know, I don't think there is a way to limit it.
Therefore, be sure to set appropriate policies in the permission set so that non-administrators can only operate the necessary AWS services.
