Ec2 instance is not reachable

I have an ec2 instance running for the last 3 years and suddenly its showing in not reachable anymore from its public dns. Also the public domain attached to this instances are showing 502 errors. The instance is showing running status

Perhaps, but isn't that instance EC2 Classic? EC2 Classic is currently deprecated as it will be unsupported in 2022. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-classic-platform.html
