The money you spent already probably can't be helped. You can try your luck with AWS's support or sales, but since it's legitimate use of resources on your part, I (not being affiliated with AWS in any way) doubt they'll credit you for the charges already incurred.
If you are intending to stay on the free tier, you can enable billing alarms as explained here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/tracking-free-tier-usage.html
If you are expecting to exceed the limits or duration of the free tier, or if you aren't sure, you might want to set up an alarm for billable charges exceeding your expected level (whether zero or higher) with these instructions in AWS's documentation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/monitor_estimated_charges_with_cloudwatch.html.
Neither alarm will do anything about what has happened already, but they can help you to catch these kinds of situations as soon as the billing data starts reflecting the unexpected costs.

I haven't paid yet but it shows in the costs section. I am a beginner user and I did not use this service willingly. Now I wrote for support. I have no chance of getting any help from AWS?
