Lightsail to EC2 migration

I have two sites on AWS one is on EC2 and the other on Lightsail. If I migrate from lightsail to EC2 ( I need to change the region as well from USA to Europe) , will I be losing SSL ceritficate or the IP if I migrate ? Or it keeps the IP and SSL cerificate and carried forward ?

According to this: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/lightsail-export-linux-instance-ec2, IP won't be transferred and I believe same applies to certificate. Use above and this to evaluate if worth https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/startups/migrating-web-services-from-amazon-lightsail-to-ec2/
