are there any ways to use hyper -v without using a bare-metal dedicated server ? Regards

Hello, Thank you for your post. Unfortunately it is not possible to use Hyper-V or other hypervisors on non-metal EC2 instances. Only the bare metal EC2 instances provide direct access to the CPU and features such as Intel's VT-x which are required for running a hypervisor.
