Health Status severe : Beanstalk

i created Tom Cat web app using AWS documentation (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/dg/GettingStarted.CreateApp.html). but when i followed to step 4 (configure) load balancer point after following that step. the health status turned to severe (cause : Instance ELB health is not available.). and the second problem is i'm getting warning (Service role "arn:aws:iam::74********14:role/amazonec2role" is missing permissions required to check for managed updates. Verify the role's policies.)

You can add permission or create new role with permission
