Pinpoint Journey - Custom Events >> Endpoints are not processed

Dear Community,

what am I doing wrong. I setup a POC for Pinpoint to have a journey based on an event as a trigger and a segment to filter. Somehow - no Endpoint gets processed.

Setup: AWS JS SDK to create Endpoints (no Cognito) in Pinpoint and send Events (PutEventsCommand) I am able to build segments and send to those campaigns. Events are getting shown with Data in Analytics - so all fine.

My expectation would be as everything is fine in place, Journeys would work like a charm - they are not.

To emphasize - I am not using AWS Amplify.

Any suggestions? Thx in advance Ralf

Hello, Ideally, if campaigns are working than there should be no issue with journeys. However, as you are facing issue I would suggest to have a look in document[1] and open a support case by mentioning all the resource information in support case as this issue needs to be troubleshooted and resource information needs to be checked.
