Pending certificate

I want to create the SSL/TLS certificates, however the status always show it is pending, could someone help me? Since, I create the lightsail for a subdomain, and I check the dns record in my server. In order to create the SSL cert, I add the cname to my dns server. When dig the name, it could show the correct info.
