Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with configuring your DKIM records. The error seems to come from an incorrectly configured SPF record. Can you check if you SPF record allows Amazon to send email for your domain?

Kind regards, Robin

  • Hi Robin, Thank you for addressing our issue. We have checked about the adding of SPF record and its been taken care of. Even after adding the correct SPF record, its still not configured.

  • Hi,

Are there any missing configurations reported on the domain details page in the WorkMail console?

  • Hi Robin, There are no any missing configurations, we have cross checked. The DKIM and SPF records are been added correctly. Even though the DKIM is not configured. What else can be reason for the failure of DKIM configuration.
