Retrieving available promotional codes and coupons using API

Does anyone know how to use Amazon's API to retrieve all available promotional codes given to affiliates? Or is there another way to do that?

I would suggest to look in these APIs. For this there is a REST an https://webservices.amazon.com/paapi5/documentation/offers.html#promotions exposing promotions along with its codes.

    This doesnt provide that, was this ever solved? I'm having the same issue, mainly fore clip coupons, save at checkout and for promo codes, it never shows using the information in the abve link
