windows-base:2019-2.0 has wrong Python version

Reading https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codebuild/latest/userguide/available-runtimes.html, windows-base:2019-2.0 image should have Python 3.10.4, but, if I run a sample instance, I get this:

[Container] 2022/09/01 12:34:27 Running command python --version
Python 3.8.3

Is this a bug on the image, or the documentation?
