AWS CloudWatch: error displaying alarms

0

Hi everyone, as of yesterday I have been unable to load the alarms list in my CloudWatch dashboard. Listing the alarms through AWS CloudShell still works, but as soon as I try loading the GUI dashboard as I always do, I am getting the following error "An unexpected error occurred while loading the alarm list. Please try refreshing the page.". Reloading the page does not work, nor does logging out and logging back in or switching browser. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Hello,

  1. Cached data in your browser might be causing issues. Try clearing your browser cache and then reloading the CloudWatch dashboard.

  2. Open the CloudWatch dashboard in an incognito/private browsing window to ensure that no browser extensions or cached data are interfering with the dashboard.

  3. Ensure that you are using a supported and up-to-date browser. AWS services are generally compatible with popular browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Try accessing the dashboard from a different browser to see if the issue persists.

Thanks for your reply. The issue remains the same from another PC, I tried a mobile browser too. The only way to access my CloudWatch alarms are CloudShell or the AWS mobile app (which, I suppose, uses the APIs fo fetch alarms info).please check out this screenshot

Thank you, the issue has been resolved by switching to a new private browsing windows and using a different connection as well. I am unsure what the root cause was.
