OpenSearch cluster says in domain status "Modifying" for week

Hello,

I have OpenSearch cluster wich I tried to update. Something went wrong and the cluster is now stuck in status "Modifying". I unable to cancel operation or do anything on the cluster. The cluster status is Red and the problematic index is ".plugins-ml-config" wich has 1 doc stored and unassigned p3,p4,r1,r3 and r4 replicas. I am unable also to delete it nor to modify it due to permissions restrictions.

Any ideas how to fix it will be appreciated.
