Cannot SSH into any EC2s a few minutes after starting

I am running into the same problem as the link here https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=319773&tstart=0.  I am able to SSH into an EC2 instance for 1-2 minutes right after it is provisioned and starts up, but then my SSH connection stalls and I am unable to log back in.  
  
Could someone from AWS please refer me to customer support to check my account?  I have already submitted a support ticket (caseID 6933607841), but was asked to post here as my ticket was classified as a technical ticket and I only have basic support.

For anyone that's wondering what happened, I was able to resolve this with AWS support.  What happened was that I had previously closed and reopened my account several years ago.  When I closed my account, there were some things that were disabled/blocked.  When I reopened my account, the blocks were still in place, and AWS support was able to help get those things unblocked.
