DeepLens cannot fetch its ip address

I have successfully registered DeepLens device to an aws account, and deployed a project to the device. I could confirm that the project is running as I could receive mqtt messages through iot console. However, the "Device details" section does not show the IP address of the device, and the "View video stream" button is also disabled. When I try to click on the button, it says that the device should be active, but the device status section says that the device is registered and online.
