Database with t2

I need to create a database SQL server, but I want to use the free tier, and I was told that for this I need to use the t2 scheme. But I do not see this in any schemes, what is the problem?

Free tier offers are listed here: https://aws.amazon.com/free/?all-free-tier.sort-by=item.additionalFields.SortRank&all-free-tier.sort-order=asc&awsf.Free%20Tier%20Types=*all&awsf.Free%20Tier%20Categories=*all&all-free-tier.q=rds&all-free-tier.q_operator=AND

Currently there is an offer to t3 based RDS database.
