Auto RDS Snapshot Missing

Hello everyone,
We are experiencing a problem with our Organizational Multiple Accounts where the automatic snapshot is randomly missing after a few days. I have contacted AWS support and they have identified it as a technical issue. They suggested that we upgrade our subscription plan as a first step. Have any of you faced the same problem, or do you have any solutions?

thnx gokul_G for replying I am asking for an auto rds snapshot that amazon took on a daily basis but sometimes its missed I don't know why. I have many times generated support tickets thy replied to upgrade to enterprise support.

Can you please define "randomly missing after a few days" ? what is your backup retention setting ? by default it would be 7 days and the snapshots older than the retention will be removed automatically. Is it like the in between days are missing ?
