Hello there,
I would like to advice that CloudResearch is a third party service not associated with Mechanical Turk. Moreover, I would like to suggest you to contact CloudResearch - given is the link to contact Cloud Research [1]. Further, we would be happy to review your account and provide guidance. However, to protect account security, we can only discuss account specific information through the email address registered to the account in question and I request you to contact us back using our contact form (https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-mechanical-turk) and kindly be sure to mention the registered email address in the email field.

My posts clearly says that I've been in contact with CloudResearch already.
I've already tried opening tickets, thanks.
If you have any tips on how to expedite this process, let me know. From talking to others who have had this problem, it seems like people often get this message: "I’ve put in a request to increase your monthly spending limit. I will keep your case locked to myself and contact you back as soon as I have a response on whether or not the request is approved." and then are stuck in purgatory for weeks.
