Amazon Inspector v2 Supporting Windows Targets
We are assessing Inspector as a replacement for our current vulnerability scanning solution, and would like to know if there is a timeline for Inspector v2 to support scanning Windows based hosts. Based on comments from a similar question from 5 or 6 months ago, it is on the roadmap, but is there a potential timeline for availability?
Thanks in advance for your time and helpful input.
I believe you would like to know if there’s an Amazon Inspector v2 that supports Windows based hosts. Currently Amazon Inspector does not support Windows based host and there is no specific timeline for an update. I advise you to regularly check “What’s New with AWS?”[ 2] to see if there’s an update on new AWS updates.
