Control Tower Landing Zone Setup Retry Failed - Only one AWS Control Tower environment is permitted per organization.

I did not properly configure my KMS policy the first time setting up Control Tower. Now, when I click Retry and try again, I get the following Error Message at the top of the page:

AWS Control Tower failed to set up your landing zone completely: AWS Control Tower detected '1' validation errors:Only one AWS Control Tower environment is permitted per organization.

How can I resolve this?

I was able to get past this - I followed the manual steps to decommission resources here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/controltower/latest/userguide/walkthrough-delete.html

After that was done, I retried again and the process kicked off successfully
