Quicksight access issues.

Who can I contact about Quicksight access issues. I have been unable to access Quicksight since Thursday 1/19/2023.

You can check AWS Service health here - https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status.
If all is OK there, then raise a Support case.
If you on;t have Basic Support, then please share some more info here so someone can help you with your configuration.

I was able to access Quicksight reports with no issue using my user id tonyjp. When I tired to log in last week, I noticed that the Quicksight log in kept showing my work colleagues ID luthesthe  so I tired to change it to my id tonyjp and the log in portal showed the following;
Sign in
QuickSight account name
The QuickSight account name you provided is invalid. Verify that you are using the correct account and try again. Is there someone I can work with in real-time to understand what I need to do resolve this..thanks..Tony
