Elastic Beanstalk Environment Health Errors

0

Hello everyone,

We're currently encountering Elastic Beanstalk (EB) issues in our production environment. I frequently come across warning messages like the following.

****** Environment health has transitioned from Degraded to Warning. 1.5 % of the requests to the ELB are failing with HTTP 5xx.

  • Environment health has transitioned from Warning to Degraded. 9.3 % of the requests are failing with HTTP 5xx. Command is executing on 1 out of 2 instances. 1.5 % of the requests to the ELB are failing with HTTP 5xx (5 minutes ago).
  • Environment health has transitioned from Ok to Degraded. ELB processes are not healthy on 1 out of 2 instances. ELB health is failing or not available for 1 out of 2 instances.*****

Could you please provide some guidance on how to investigate this error effectively? Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, RKEnter image description here

Hello.

Connect to EC2 and check the access and error logs of your web server or application.
I'm sure there are some errors in the log that can be used for troubleshooting.
I think something may have gone wrong with the application.
