Hi asdflkjh,
Yes, Amazon FSx fully supports the use of DFS Replication and DFS Namespaces with your file systems. We include a guide in our documentation for setting up multi-AZ file system deployments using DFS Replication and DFS Namespaces (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fsx/latest/WindowsGuide/multi-az-deployments.html). We also include guides in our documentation for scaling out performance (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fsx/latest/WindowsGuide/scale-out-performance.html and https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fsx/latest/WindowsGuide/scale-out-read.html), and for grouping multiple file systems into a common namespace (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fsx/latest/WindowsGuide/group-file-systems.html).
Thank you,
Amazon FSx team
