VPC tunnel status up, but unable to connect to remote computer

Question

Hi  
  
I have setup to a VPC to connect to our Meraki firewall.  The tunnel shows as being up, but I am unable to connect from remote computers in or local computers out.  
  
I have checked the ports open, static IP routes etc, and cannot see anything obviously wrong.    
  
Where should I be looking?

Answer

Ok, after a bit of playing around ive managed to get  
  
AWS > Internal Server working correctly.  
  
However  
  
Internal Server > AWS still fails.  
  
I've checked the firewall on AWS and it is correctly configured to allow traffic on the correct port from the correct source IP, but still no luck.  
  
The traffic does not reach the remote computer.  
  
What should I be looking at?
