I have an EC2 instance that locked up and will not stop in the console. I have tried sending both a stop and force stop action and waited over 10 minutes for it to stop. The Instance ID is i-02393eb3a4eae826f

Now the cli shows the instance is running and I can reach it over ssh. The Console is still showing it as stopping
It is showing running in Console and working as expected
