Then, as of now I still have 90.47 $ of credit left. However its been a few months that i’ve been charged still, on 2 of september i’ve been charged. 8.93 € on my card, and here’s the detail of the invoice

This VAT Invoice is for the billing period August 1 - August 31, 2025 You have selected EUR as your preferred payment currency. Invoice Summary AWS Service Charges (1 USD = 0.86695321924 EUR) EUR 8.93 USD 10.30 Charges USD 9.53 Net Charges (After Credits/Discounts, excl. Tax) EUR 8.26 USD 9.53 VAT - 8.1% EUR 0.67 USD 0.77 Detail AWS WAF USD 8.65 Charges USD 8.00 VAT USD 0.65 Amazon CloudFront USD 0.00 Amazon Route 53 USD 1.65 Charges USD 1.53 VAT USD 0.12 AWS Data Transfer USD 0.00 Amazon Simple Storage Service USD 0.00

So it seems clear that WAF is being billed to me on the card, even though it should be paid with my credit.

Could you correct the situation please by debiting my credit account and crediting my payment card ?

It appears that you're experiencing an issue where your AWS credits are not being applied to your AWS WAF charges, even though AWS WAF is listed among the services eligible for your credits.

Based on the information provided, AWS WAF is indeed included in the list of services that should be covered by your $100 credit. However, there are a few potential reasons why the credits might not be applying:

  1. Some AWS credits have specific eligibility requirements or exclusions that might not be immediately apparent from the service list.

  2. There could be a timing issue between when charges are incurred and when credits are applied.

  3. There might be a specific configuration with your AWS WAF that places it outside the scope of the credit terms.

Unfortunately, I cannot directly modify your billing or apply credits to your account. To resolve this issue, you should:

  1. Contact AWS Support directly through your AWS Management Console. They have the ability to review your specific account details, credit terms, and can make billing adjustments if appropriate.

  2. When contacting support, provide them with details about your credit (when you received it, what survey it was associated with) and the charges that you believe should have been covered.

  3. You may want to check if your Web ACL is still active and properly configured, as AWS WAF charges apply even when Web ACLs exist but aren't actively protecting resources.

AWS Support is the only entity that can make changes to your billing and apply refunds to your payment method if warranted.
