SNS KR to KR message

I asked to customer service, they said Before we can evaluate your case, please reply and provide the following additional details:

-- Copy of the business license -- Company domain: -- If your company domain does not match your AWS account, explain the difference -- Each South Korea long code will incur a one-time setup fee of $0 USD. Each long code has a recurring charge of $79 USD per month. Carrier approval may take 2-3 weeks or longer.

After a pause, it is very costly for getting long code, even I didn't find a way to reduce this $79, also I thought can be use personal KR number but AWS not supporting.

So, for now I am suggesting, if you wanted to send SMS withing KR then use other services like KT Biz community, Cafe24 etc within feasible cost.
