We have created cross account backup with DLM policy From A account to B account. How we can restore snapshot From B account to A account by sitting in A account.

I assume both Account A and B are in the same region? This should be easy. You may want to take a look at this blog post of cross account backup and cross region restore at https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/storage/secure-data-recovery-with-cross-account-backup-and-cross-region-copy-using-aws-backup/
