unexpected, never used active services showing up in 'Charges by Service' under Bills section in 'Billing & Cost Mgmt' dashboard.

I recently got an email that my free tier is ending soon. Followed all the directions provided in the documentation and also in below link: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/terminate-resources-account-closure. There are no results found for active resources in Tag Editor. But under Billing, I see multiple services (Cloud Watch, Key Mgmt Service, Data Transfer, S3) that I have not used. When I checked for those services mentioned in that particular region to stop, it shows none. This is very tricky, showing up active resources in Billing page, though they are not running at all.

Could someone explain how to stop seeing these active services in 'Charges By Service' in Billing section. Also, how to stop incurring charges affect closing the account if these services still shown as active?

Thank you for the response. I have not yet closed my account. Before doing so, I am checking in 'Resources and Tag Editor' for any resources that are running. And it shows zero for all the services that are listed in "Charges by service' section in Bills. Please have a look at the screenshot below that shows 7 active services for the last month,November: activeServices

Could you please clarify, if I close my account now, will I be charged for those 7 services that shows active? If so, then please let me know where else can i find to stop these active services, other than Tag Editor??

I have checked in all the 16 regions, but none of them them are active!
