Hi Rajani,
Sorry for any frustration experienced. You may want to take a look at this document: https: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cloud-map/latest/dg/deleting-services.html. It details how to delete services. If this doesn't fix your problem, please feel free to open a case with our Support team: go.aws/support-center. They have a lot of tools to assist you.

Sorry about that!
You may be seeing these resources displayed on your AWS Bill for a few reasons; I'd check here for details if you've closed your account: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/closed-account-bill. You might also want to review this article on closing your AWS Account for troubleshooting: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/close-aws-account.
If you're within 90 days of having closed your AWS account, you can reach out to our Billing & Account team for a more in-depth look at your bill through the Support Center: http://go.aws/support-center. They have the tools and insight into your account to assist with this and any other questions you might have.

Thank you for the response.
I have not yet closed my account. Before doing so, I am checking in 'Resources and Tag Editor' for any resources that are running. And it shows zero for all the services that are listed in "Charges by service' section in Bills.
Please have a look at the screenshot below that shows 7 active services for the last month,November:
And this is the screenshot from Tag Editor showing 0 resources for the above services being used:
Could you please clarify, if I close my account now, will I be charged for those 7 services that shows active? If so, then please let me know where else can i find to stop these active services, other than Tag Editor??
I have checked in all the 16 regions, but none of them them are active!
