Set default value for Cloudwatch dashboard variables

Is it possible to set a default value for Cloudwatch dashboard variables (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/cloudwatch_dashboard_variables.html) to show on shared dashboard ( knowing that users won't be able to change the value according to the doc)?
