Environment terminated, but still showing up on dashboard

Several hours passed since i have terminated the environment above, but it is still there in my dashboard. I need to create another one with the same URL but i can't because it is already taken by the (non)terminated environment.

It is stuck in a limbo, i cannot even terminate it again.

The problem seems to be the attached AMI, from a t2.micro, but the env. is a t3 which is not compatible.
