I am suddenly unable to access the AWS server-based website. I also checked Router53 and LoadBalancing and DOMAIIN. It seems that there is no problem, but 'DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN' error is coming out. What could be the problem?

That's definitely a DNS issue - perhaps the delegation for your domain is broken? There's not enough information here to troubleshoot further.
